editing notes:

set1: the first 41:47 was extracted cleanly using EAC's secure mode, but it had a couple errors after that point and then pretty quickly stopped extracting altogether. i made a few attempts at it and it just couldn't be done. i was able to make a complete copy using EAC's fast mode with no errors. i compared the fast mode version with the secure mode partial, and there were numerous spots of "different samples". so i used the first 41:40 of the secure mode version and replaced the first 41:40 of the fast mode version using cooleditpro.

set2: the first 48:11 was extracted cleanly using EAC's secure mode, but it had an error and then i completely stopped extracting. i made a complete copy using EAC's fast mode with no errors. i used the first 48:00 of the secure mode version and replaced the first 48:00 of the fast mode version using cooleditpro.

also removed the last 10 seconds of the second disc, there was a clip of something else at the end and a burst of noise, faded it out.
