Phish Companion says: YEM thru Poor Heart featured Bela Fleck and the Flecktones (Bela Fleck, Jeff Coffin, Roy "Futureman" Wooten, and Victor Wooten), who were announced during the bass and drums segment of YEM and bounced along during the tramps jam. The song then launched into an amazing jam that included Disease teases before segueing nicely into Ghost. Poor Heart included a "Sanford and Son" theme tease from Coffin. Pierre, a local Hagen Dazs employee who the band met the day before, was repeatedly recognized by the band and was brought up on stage and serended during the encore. At one point during the show, Vic Wooten stood behind Mike and the two played Mike's bass together.
