Okay, this was filler on another Shockra tape that was labeled simply Berkeley CA 5/29/92, with Phish. I don't know it's origins, the exact venue, or if the date is even correct or not. It's possible, however that the date is correct because Phish would have already wrapped up their Spring 1992 tour by this point.
